JOINING BEAVERS, CUBS OR SCOUTS

ADULT VOLUNTEERING

Do you like adventure? Are you keen to work with children and would you like to shape a young persons future? Through Scouting, you will have the unique opportunity of shaping young peoples lives.   From organising games to supporting outdoor activities, Scouting makes a tremendous difference to young people.
Volunteering in Scouting is fun and rewarding. You have the chance to learn new skills, rediscover adventure, make new friends, (maybe spend more time with your child if they are a member of the movement) and give something back to your community.
A full structured training programme is available to volunteers who wish to develop their skills more formally. Volunteering for scouting also enhances your C.V and marketability to employers.
